This workshop is an open, exploratory environment focused on the role personal projects play in sustaining creative practice. It centres on giving space to ideas that exist outside deadlines, clients and expectations, and on understanding why these projects often become the most transformative work creatives do.

In this workshop, Enciso guides participants through behind-the-scenes stories and experiments, using them as a springboard to help attendees identify and shape a personal project of their own. The emphasis is on permission, momentum and commitment rather than polish or perfection.
