I want to refund / exchange my pass
To avoid confusion, refunds to must be initiated 10 business days prior to TDC or before a ‘sell out’ is advertised. A ticket exchange will be offered otherwise. Please note Super Early Bird Passes are non-refundable.
Also note: A$99 cancellation fee is applied to refunded tickets unless they’re exchanged for a pass to a future TDC branded conference.
I am a student (including 2018 Graduate), is there a discount me?
Tertiary students and first year graduates may qualify for concessions of up to 30% off the advertised fee. To apply, please scan and send your valid University/Tafe ID card to hello at analogue digital.com.au. Premium Passes are not included.
Can I share my ticket with a colleague or friend to save money?
The Design Conference is prices to encourage affordability and accessibility. To encourage the sale of full event day passes, we offerer them at the lowest possible. Attendees split a full event passes across multiple attendees without approval may be refused entry. Please email hello at analogue digital.com.au. for further details.
What is included with a Premium Pass?
Premium takes your experience to the next level with catered lunches, private dinners, After Party bar tab and priority access to everything TDC.
Will my pass arrive in the mail?
Conference passes purchased before May 10 will be mailed to your address; unless you’re an international attendees in which case it will be available for pick up at the event. Passes will be issued at the between 9am & 10am at the beginning of each days. Single day conference passes will be issued on the same day.
I want to bring our whole agency. Can we have a any extra benefits?
Companies registering six (6) or more attendees may qualify as a Industry Partner, providing you and your team with a range of added benefits and opportunities — including a group discount. For more information, please email hello at analogue digital.com.au. for further details.
I bought a one day pass, am I able to attend all the side events?
All attendees are welcome to attend any Official Side Event including the Official After Party. Your lanyards is required to gain entry.
Im going to be late, is this going to be an issue for me to get in?
