All attendees, speakers, performers, and staff at The Design Conference are required to comply with the following Code of Conduct, both at the conference, Side Events, Connect Events, or other related events.
The Design Conference will work diligently to enforce this code and expects cooperation from everyone to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
The Design Conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. Harassment includes offensive, verbal comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
